Vinification: The old Port wines from Vallado were aged in very old oak casks of 600 liters and other old oak vats.
Tasting Notes: Very rich aroma, combining dried fruits and cigar notes. Very fresh, round, liqueur-like and velvety in the mouth. It has a satin finish.
Recommendation: 15ºC to 16ºC serving temperature.
Food Pairing: It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to dried fruits, cheeses or desserts.
