The grapes were harvested by hand, fermenting slowly. Partial aging in used barrels for 10 months. The result is a wine that stands out for its elegance and complexity.

Notes of cherry, cocoa and a vegetable of fine freshness. Great elegance and delicacy, with fine silky teeth.

Storage Laying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
