It is a remarkably fresh Douro red. A world apart from some of the region’s full-bodied, rich and robust styles. Features crispy red cherry, juicy black cherry, currant, wild berries and light oak. Fine and firm tannins, smoky minerality, good texture, a lot of interest as a whole. A lovely intensity in a different wine, in a good way.
