Winemaking: From a vineyard in a clay-limestone soil in Arruda dos Vinhos. Natural vinification with partial destemming, autonomous fermentation without temperature control, followed by 14 months in 600 liters barrels and one more year in the bottle. The wine is made from organically grown grapes, not stabilized or filtered.
