Intense ruby red in color, with a complex aroma, with floral notes, red fruits and some toast. It has good structure, firm and ripe tannins, full-bodied, with a well-balanced acidity, all well involved in its body. With a long, harmonious and elegant finish.

Vinification: After arriving at the winery, the grapes are destemmed. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 48 hours in stainless steel vats. After the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, pump-overs are carried out. Vinification ends with post-fermentation maceration.
Aging: In new 500 liter French oak barrels for 24 months.
Serving suggestions: Pairs well with red meat dishes and intense cheeses. It benefits if previously decanted.
Serve between 16 and 17ºC.
