Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina,Côdega de Larinho,Rabigato,Viosinho.
Winemaking: Reserva White Port is produced from the best grape varieties of the Douro Demarcated Region, and results from the most careful selection of wines, which age on average seven years in our cellars in oak barrels. The grapes are harvested by hand and the winemaking technique is traditional, with the skins being slightly macerated. Aging in oak barrels takes place in our cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.
Tasting Notes: The color is amber yellow. The nose is fine, intense and quite complex, mixing tropical aromas with candied orange, as well as notes of balsam and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied but elegant, well balanced and with a long finish.
Recommendation: Serve chilled, between 8° and 12°C. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing: As an aperitif or with foie gras starter. With dried fruit desserts, sweets and egg-based pastries, ice cream or strong cheeses.
